No Matter Warranty Policy
At No Matter Products LLC, (hereinafter, “No Matter” or the “Manufacturer”) we build gear to go farther with less. We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee them to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under “normal, intended use.”
“Normal, intended use” is defined herein as the use of the chair in a manner that is consistent with its design, construction, stated purpose, and any instructions, warnings, or limitations provided by the Manufacturer. Normal, intended use includes typical outdoor recreational seating activities—such as sitting, reclining, or relaxing—by a single user whose weight does not exceed the stated weight capacity, on reasonably level and stable surfaces, under environmental conditions commonly encountered during camping or similar outdoor activities.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
No Matter offers a limited lifetime warranty (the “Warranty”) for the usable life of its chairs to the original owner, beginning on the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from No Matter or from an Authorized Retailer and is not transferable from the original owner.
An “Authorized Retailer” is defined herein as a seller that has been expressly approved by No Matter to sell the product either through written agreement or official designation by No Matter. Authorized Retailers are permitted to market, sell, and represent the product as new and eligible for the manufacturer’s warranty.
Sellers that are not authorized retailers include, but are not limited to: unauthorized online marketplaces, third-party resellers, auction sites, or individuals. These unauthorized retailers are not approved by No Matter, and products purchased from such sellers are not eligible for coverage under this Warranty.
What Is Covered
This Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that arise from the manufacturing process and that occur during normal, intended use of the product. A “manufacturing defect” is defined herein as a flaw in materials or workmanship that causes the product to fail to perform as intended, despite being used properly and in accordance with the Manufacturer's instructions. Covered defects may include, by way of example:
-
defective stitching or seam construction;
-
defective hardware or components;
-
fabric or material failure caused by a manufacturing defect; or
-
structural defects resulting from workmanship or material issues.
Coverage under this Warranty applies only to products that were: (1) purchased new from an Authorized Retailer; and (2) used in a normal, intended manner and under ordinary outdoor conditions.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the Manufacturer will, at its discretion and in accordance with this Warranty, repair or replace the defective product or component.
What Is Not Covered
This Warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failures resulting from any cause other than a manufacturing defect. Without limitation, this warranty does not apply to: by:
-
Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes such as scratches, fading, fraying, or fabric stretching that occur through ordinary use over time.
-
Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper use, including use that is inconsistent with the product’s normal, intended use, failure to follow instructions or warnings, exceeding stated weight limits, standing or jumping on the product, or using the product for purposes other than seating.
-
Accidents, external causes, or force majeure, including cuts, punctures, impact damage, drops, burns or other exposure to fire, extreme weather, flooding, wind events, damage from wild animals or pets, or other acts of nature.
-
Improper care or maintenance, including failure to properly store, clean, or protect the products as recommended by the Manufacturer.
-
Unauthorized modifications or repairs, including alterations, repairs, or replacements made by anyone other than Manufacturer or other authorized service provider.
-
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including products purchased used, refurbished, or from sellers that are not Authorized Retailers.
-
Commercial or rental use, or use of the product in industrial, institutional, or non-recreational settings, unless expressly approved in writing by No Matter.
-
Incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, inconvenience, or damage to other property.
-
Loss or stolen products, including products that are misplaced, lost during travel or storage, or stolen any time after purchase.
Outdoor lightweight camping equipment, like the products produced and sold by No Matter, are intentionally designed and engineered to minimize weight and maximize portability. As a result, all materials and components will naturally show signs of wear over time with regular field use. Cosmetic changes, material fatigue, fabric abrasion, stretching, compression, or similar effects resulting from normal, intended outdoor use are expected and do not constitute a manufacturing defect within the meaning of this Warranty.

Warranty Remedy
If No Matter determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a product has a covered manufacturing defect, the Manufacturer’s sole obligation and the customer’s exclusive remedy under this Warranty shall be, at the Manufacturer’s option:
-
Repair of the defective product or component;
-
Replacement of the defective product or component with the same or comparable product; or
-
Refund of the original purchase price or issuance of store credit if a repair or replacement is not reasonably available.
The Manufacturer reserves the right to use new, refurbished, or reconditioned parts or products in fulfilling its warranty obligations.
Replacement products or components may differ in color, material, or minor design details from the original product and shall be deemed to fulfill the Manufacturer’s obligations under this Warranty.
Proof of Purchase
To obtain warranty service, the customer must provide reasonable proof of purchase demonstrating that the product was purchased new from an Authorized Retailer.
The Manufacturer reserves the right to investigate all warranty claims to determine eligibility under this Warranty. As part of the claims review process, the Manufacturer may request additional information or materials, including photographs, descriptions of the issue, or return of the product or affected component for inspection prior to approving the claim.
Warranty coverage applies only if the manufacturer determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the claimed issue results from a covered manufacturing defect and is not excluded under the terms of this Warranty. Failure to provide requested documentation or to cooperate with an investigation may result in denial of the claim.
No Matter’s determination regarding warranty eligibility shall be final and made in accordance with this policy.
