Every No Matter product is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails because it wasn’t made right, we promise to make it right.

Built for the Long Haul

Our gear is intentionally designed and tested to be exceptionally light and compact, which means every material is carefully selected to balance strength and weight. Lightweight equipment will naturally show signs of use over time, but if a product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we need to repair or replace it so you can use it for years to come.

If Something Isn't Right

If you believe your gear has a manufacturing defect, contact us and we'll look take a look. In most cases we can review a claim quickly with a few photos. If the issue is covered under our warranty, we'll repair or replace the product, with as little hassle as possible.

Even if your issue is not covered under our warranty, we'll do our best to help keep your gear in use. In many cases, we can provide replacement parts or repair options.
